You know, one thing I dislike about Kuwait in general (And Kuwaitis in specific) is monetizing anything possible. And in this case; I’ve heard of people organizing trips to Al-Salmi Desert, and they charge for it.
I’m not too fond of monetizing this. Like, Kuwait is already boring and lacks free leisure facilities and areas, now we’re doing this? I’ve been doing it for free for the last 10 years, and I’ve been asked many times why I am not even trying to make a profit out of this.
And because I’ve been asked about how to get there and whether or not I’m organizing a trip soon (Sorry, it’ll be a while until next time), I figured I’d counter this behaviour by writing a guide/manual for anyone who’d like to go there and have a good time.
The guide includes:
- How to get there
- When to get there
- What to do there
- A quick checklist of things to bring
- A short guide on how to take pictures
The guide will be edited and improved as the days go. So if you’re interested, grab your copy, and I wish you the goodest of time there! (Yes, goodest! Shut up, Grammarly!)
